Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Worst-Case Ready ("we", "us") processes when you visit this website or buy from us, and what your rights are.

1. Who is responsible

2. Visiting this website

This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). When you open a page, Netlify's servers process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. Server logs are kept only for a short time. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Netlify's privacy policy: netlify.com/privacy.

All fonts are stored on this site and loaded from it, so no request goes to Google or any other font service.

3. No analytics, no advertising tracking

We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this site. If we ever add one, it will only run with your consent, and we will update this policy first.

4. What your browser stores

The site keeps a few small technical values in your browser's local storage: your privacy choices, whether you have already seen the gift card, and whether you claimed the free bonus, so the page can show it again when you come back. These values never leave your device. You can remove them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

5. Buying from us (Payhip)

When you click a buy button, you go to a checkout run by Payhip (Payhip Ltd, United Kingdom). Payhip and its payment partners (for example Stripe and PayPal) process your name, email address, billing country and payment details to take the payment, charge any applicable tax, send your receipt and give you your download links. We never see your full card details. Payhip shares with us what we need to fulfil your order and help you: your name, email address, country, what you bought, the price and the order number. The legal basis is the performance of your purchase contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for keeping tax records, our legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Payhip's privacy policy: payhip.com/privacy.

At checkout you can tick an optional box to receive product updates and offers by email. It is never ticked for you. If you tick it, we may email you about our e-books; every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

6. Emailing us

When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use them only to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).

7. How long we keep data

Order and invoice data is kept as long as German tax and commercial law requires (up to 10 years, § 147 AO). Support emails are kept only as long as needed to help you. Email marketing consent is kept until you unsubscribe.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

To use any of these rights, email hello@lucasgrayson.shop.

9. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Payments are handled entirely by Payhip and its payment partners over encrypted connections.

10. Children

Our site and products are meant for adults and are not directed at children under 16.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
